In the quiet village of Bechimari, Darrang (Assam), a kitchen once filled with the rich aroma of freshly ground spices became the birthplace of Mama’s Zaika.
Generations ago, Khairul Islam’s mother — lovingly called “Mama” by everyone — would grind spices by hand on a traditional sil-batta (stone grinder). Her secret to perfect flavor was simple — purity and patience. No artificial colors, no preservatives — just love and authentic Indian taste.
Inspired by her timeless recipes, Khairul Islam and his son Iftikharul Islam (S/o Khairul Islam) founded Mama’s Zaika under M/s H A Enterprise to revive those same flavors — handcrafted with care, packed with honesty, and delivered with love.
